2025年03月21日，V.PS官方发布《关于圣何塞地域网络变动的通知》公告，简单来说，就是圣何塞原先是电信走CN2 GIA、联通走AS9929、移动走CMIN2这样的三网各自优化，现在没有CMIN2只有CN2 GIA和AS9929了。变更之后，电信走CN2 GIA，联通走AS9929，移动借道CN2 GIA或AS9929。请以实际为准，站长只是转发相关推送信息。

尊敬的客户，非常抱歉地通知大家。由于商业原因，圣何塞地域的 China Mobile CMIN2 网络连接将于近日暂停使用，中国移动方向的出站连接将被暂时调整为通过 China Telecom CTGNET CN2 GIA 或 China Unicom Global Premium 承载。
为保障广大客户的权益，运营团队将在即日起受理圣何塞地域存量客户的退款申请，若有需要退款的客户请提交工单联系客服人员了解具体政策。
对于该项临时性网络状态变动，我们深表歉意，并感谢您的理解。如果您有任何问题，请提交工单联系客服人员处理。

Please be advised that, due to commercial reasons, the China Mobile CMIN2 network connection in the San Jose region will be temporarily suspended. Outbound connections to China Mobile will be temporarily rerouted via China Telecom CTGNET CN2 GIA or China Unicom Global Premium.
To protect our customers’ interests, our operations team will begin accepting refund requests from existing customers in the San Jose region, effective immediately. Customers wishing to request a refund should submit a support ticket to contact customer service for detailed information regarding our policy.
